The double-sided stencil is the first half of the sand casting process, the mold system is fixed on one side of the sand casting processing base, and the lower half is fixed on the other side of the corresponding position of the sand casting processing base. The upper and lower halves of the sand casting process are created on the same forming machine by the same template and then into the entire sand casting process. The auxiliary frame is used to compensate for the height of the sand during compaction. The single sided formwork is a formwork with a sand casting machined bottom plate. The upper and lower halves are mounted on two sand casting machines, called the upper and lower modules. The upper and lower stencils are used in the lower part of the sand casting process on two forming machines and then into the entire sand casting process. Compaction modeling has high productivity, but sand casting is highly uneven in sand type, usually closer to sand casting and has a poorer sealing. The first half of the sand casting process
1 Fill in the sand. The sand casting process is placed on the sand casting processing floor above the vibrating piston of the molding machine, and the sand bucket is opened to fill the sand.
2 tight sand vibration. Open the pressure valve so that compressed air enters the bottom of the vibrating piston from the inlet 1 above the top of the piston and above the part. During the rise of the vibrating piston, the intake port 1 is closed and then the exhaust port is opened. Under the action of gravity, the vibrating piston collides with the upper surface of the compacting piston. Repeatedly, let the sand gradually tighten.
3 compacted sand type upper part. Move the platen to the top of the flask and open the compaction valve so that compressed air enters the bottom of the compaction piston from the inlet 2, lifting the piston and above. Under the pressure of the platen, the upper part of the sand is further compacted, and the cylinder is discharged into the cylinder, so that the compaction of the piston and the recovery of the above part complete the process of compact sand.
4 from sand casting processing. When the compressed air pushes the pressure oil from the hydraulic cylinder into two, the synchronous connecting rod is connected from the four plungers to the sand casting processing, so that the sand and the sand casting processing floor are separated, and the sand casting processing is completed.
