Precision casting processing technology:

1. Gravity precision casting processing: sand type precision casting processing, hard mold precision casting processing. In the process of precision casting, the gravity of the metal itself pours molten metal into the cavity.

2. Pressure precision casting processing: Low-pressure precision casting processing, high-pressure castings. The molten metal liquid is immediately pressed into the casting cavity according to the increased pressure.

Precision casting processing technology:

1 precision casting processing (making liquid metal into solid-state casting container), casting according to the materials used can be divided into sand, metal, ceramic, mud, graphite, etc., can be divided into one-time, semi-permanent and permanent according to the number of times. The quality of the mold is the main factor affecting the casting;

The casting process can be divided into three basic parts, namely, precision casting metal processing, mold preparation and precision casting processing. It is used as a precision casting alloy, mainly including cast iron, cast steel and Precision casting of non-ferrous metal alloys.

Precision casting process

Metal smelting is not only pure smelting, but also smelting process, which makes metal precision casting into molds, and has expected requirements in terms of temperature, chemical composition and purity. For this purpose, various inspection tests are carried out for the purpose of controlling quality in the smelting process to meet the specifications of liquid metal to allow pouring. Sometimes, in order to achieve higher requirements, the metal liquid is treated outside the oven, such as desulfurization, vacuum degassing, furnace refining, inoculation or deterioration treatment. Commonly used equipment for melting metal is cupola, electric furnace, induction furnace, resistance furnace, reflective furnace and so on.
