Stainless steel casting process:
1. Gravity casting: sand casting, hard casting. In the stainless steel casting process, the gravity of the metal itself pours the molten metal into the cavity.
2. Pressure casting: low pressure casting, high pressure casting. The molten metal liquid is immediately pressed into the casting cavity according to the increased pressure.
Casting process:
1 casting (contains liquid metal into solid-state casting), can be divided into sand, metal, ceramic, mud, graphite, etc. according to the materials used. It can be divided into one-time, semi-permanent and permanent according to the number of times. Quality is the main factor affecting castings;

3 casting treatment and inspection, casting processing includes removal of foreign objects on the core surface and casting surface, removal of projections such as pouring risers, grinding burrs and overhangs, as well as heat treatment, plastics, anti-rust treatment and roughing.
