1, alloy stainless steel casting processing

According to the total amount of alloying elements, alloy stainless steel casting processing can be divided into two types of low alloy steel and high alloy steel.

1) Low-alloy stainless steel casting processing, China mainly uses manganese, manganese, chromium and so on. Such as ZG40Mn, ZG30MnSi1, ZG30Cr1MnSi1 and so on. Used to make components such as gears, hydraulic cylinders and turbine rotors, and the ZG40Cr1 is commonly used to make important parts such as high-strength gears and high-strength shafts.

2) High-alloy stainless steel casting processing, with wear resistance, heat resistance or corrosion resistance. 2, carbon stainless steel casting processing

In general, low carbon steel ZG15 has high melting point and poor casting properties. It is only used to manufacture motor parts or carburized parts. Medium carbon steel ZG25~ZG45 has higher comprehensive properties than various cast irons, namely high strength, excellent plasticity and Resilience, therefore suitable for the manufacture of parts with complex shapes, high strength and toughness requirements, such as train wheels, forging hammers and anvils, rollers and high pressure valves, carbon steel is the most widely used category; high carbon steel ZG55 low melting point, casting Performance is superior to carbon steel, but its plasticity and toughness are poor, only used to manufacture a small number of wear parts
